With 12,000 square feet and seating for 450 guests, the restaurant’s emphasis will be on great home-style food. Chef Brad Johnson has assembled a true down home menu that is sure to leave you adjusting your belt buckle. From Toby’s very own Chicken Fried Steak and Country Gravy recipe to a 20oz bone in Ribeye, we offer a wide variety of menu items including rotisserie chicken, meatloaf, Cowboy Caviar (black eyed peas), tasty “freedom fries” and a variety of sandwiches. And don’t forget to sample the lamb fries! For your sweet tooth, try our homemade pies. We bake them daily and insist on serving them with a heaping scoop of vanilla ice cream.
